On Line Complaints Book

As with the physical book, available at the Andante Shops, Tramcar Museum and STCP Headoffice, the Electronic Complaints Book, provided for in Decree-Law No. 156/2005 of 15 September, already allows complaints, compliments, suggestions and requests for information to be submitted to STCP by this new electronic means.

You can also check the status of your complaint at any time.

The Mobility and Transport Authority (AMT), as Regulator, is automatically notified of all communications concerning the Sociedade de Transportes Colectivos do Porto, S. A..
