Statutes

Being a public limited company, STCP is governed according to its Statutes, approved by Decree-Law 202/94 of 23 July, rectified by the Declaration No. 101/94. Decree-Law 379/98 of 27 November completes and clarifies the statutes regarding the routes operated by STCP in trolleybus mode or electric car and the date of its transformation into a public company. It is also governed by the rules of the Commercial Companies Code .
