Change your Andante for free2017.01.16Since January 16 the new cards Andante are in circulation, in order to replace the Blue and Gold cards, used since the creation of the Andante in 2002. Who needs to change the card? Everyone should do it for free, until one of the following dates: Blue Card (paper) - until 16 July 2017- a period of 6 months -Gold card (PVC) - until January 16-2018 - period of 1 year All Andante must be changed, including those who have STCP monthly tickets loaded. From these dates on, the cards and transport tickets that exist in balance, are no longer valid. STCP recommendation: make the switch on the first visit to a store Andante or Pagaqui Agent (in this case, for paper cards only), outside the periods of end of month, to avoid queues. The new cards have expiration dates: All new cards have expiration date: Blue Card (paper) - valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The validity is recorded on the chip and can be consulted at any point of sale. Gold card (PVC) - valid for 5 years from the date of purchase (as currently). The validity is printed on the card. Beyond the validity, the cards can no longer be loaded although it is allowed to transfer tickets for the new acquired card .
