Certification since 2008
On December 26, 2008, STCP became the first Portuguese road passenger transport company to have an Integrated Management System certified in the areas of Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety.
All STCP activities and facilities, with the exception of the Electric Car Museum, are covered by the scope of the Certification, from the provision of the service itself, through the maintenance of the vehicles, to customer service.
The certifications have enabled STCP to be integrated into a group of leading companies, distinguishing it from other transport operators, which constitutes an additional factor of motivation and pride for all employees internally, although it requires a constantly interested and active participation on their part.
STCP has been monitoring the revisions to the regulations.
Certifications are awarded for a period of three years, with annual follow-up audits by the certifying body. Currently, STCP holds four certifications, according to the standards indicated below:
• ISO 9001 – Quality Management System
• ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System
• ISO 45001 - Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
• ISO 37001 - Anti-Corruption Management Systems
• MOVE+ - Energy Rating
