STCP launches STCP Solidária, focused on social impact and community support

The STCP Solidária initiative reinforces the company's commitment to the communities in the six municipalities where STCP operates.

STCP launches STCP Solidária , a new institutional brand that brings together and gives visibility to various social and environmental responsibility initiatives, promoting the active participation of its employees and collaboration with entities and communities in the six municipalities where it operates.

"Taking care of those at home, being part of the lives of the communities we serve, and being present when help is needed" is, for Luís Osório, Chairman of the Board of Directors of STCP, the commitment that underlies this initiative.

IPO Porto Race marks the start of STCP Solidária

The first STCP Solidária initiative takes place on October 4th, with STCP's participation in the IPO Porto Run and Walk, a leading institution in cancer treatment and research and in supporting cancer patients and their families. The race raises funds for oncology research, having gathered around eight thousand participants in its first two editions.

Within the scope of this initiative, the company launched an internal challenge, which resulted in the registration of 100 employees who will represent STCP. The action also has the support of several figures from Porto, such as Marta Massada, president of the Porto Municipal Assembly, and Father Manuel Fernando Silva, president of the Board of Directors of the Brotherhood of Clerics, who join this initiative as godparents of STCP Solidária.

This action marks the beginning of a series of social and environmental responsibility initiatives that STCP Solidária plans to develop from now on, reinforcing the company's commitment to a close, participatory intervention with a positive impact on society.

STCP Solidária with open doors to new causes

STCP Solidária aims to provide space for social innovation and collaboration with institutions, associations, and citizens interested in developing initiatives with a positive impact on communities.
