With this integration, passengers can directly check the location of STCP buses and the estimated arrival times at the 2,517 stops on the network within the app. The functionality covers the entire operation of the company, which carries out more than five thousand trips on weekdays, allowing for more precise monitoring of the service and better management of journeys.
To plan and check trips and schedules using Google Maps, simply enter your starting point and destination in the application, select one of the suggested routes that includes STCP, and check, in real time, how many minutes are left until the bus arrives.

This integration complements the passenger information ecosystem already provided by STCP, which includes, among other things, the institutional website and a network of more than 60 e-papers installed in strategic locations in the city of Porto, as well as e-papers located in Vila Nova de Gaia. In this way, customers now have multiple channels to check schedules and waiting times in real time, choosing the platform that best suits their needs and usage habits.
