Rui Moreira concludes his political cycle with a visit to municipal companies.

Among the entities visited was STCP, where the mayor was received by the Board of Directors and department directors. During the meeting, Rui Moreira thanked them for the joint work developed over the years, highlighting STCP's role in promoting more efficient, sustainable urban mobility that is closer to the needs of the population. The intermunicipalization of STCP, finalized on January 1, 2021, occurred during Rui Moreira's second term. This process marked a new stage in the company's history, with the Municipality of Porto becoming the majority shareholder, with the remaining shares distributed among the municipalities of Vila Nova de Gaia, Matosinhos, Maia, Gondomar and Valongo – municipalities where STCP provides public transport services.
