STCP announces new composition of its Board of Directors.

It should be recalled that, under the terms of paragraph 2 of Article 8 of the Statutes of STCP EIM, SA, the term of office of the corporate bodies coincides with that of the holders of the local government bodies of the shareholder municipalities, and therefore it was necessary to proceed with the election of new members of the General Meeting and the Board of Directors.

Luís Osório has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of STCP. A manager with extensive experience in administration, financial management, and organizational development, with a solid track record in executive roles in the public and private sectors. He has led strategic areas such as finance, human resources, and information systems, standing out for his team management, results-oriented approach, and leadership of organizational transformation processes. He was recently part of the first board of directors of Porto Metropolitan Transport.

The new Board of Directors assumes its functions from today, February 2, 2026, initiating a new governance cycle, based on the continuity of STCP's mission as a leading public operator in sustainable urban mobility in the Porto Metropolitan Area.

STCP thanks the outgoing Board of Directors for their contribution throughout their term, acknowledging their commitment and work carried out for the benefit of the public transport service and the city of Porto.
