A September 7th returns to "normal" schedule
With the end of the summer holidays approaching and the return to routines, STCP will be adjusting its operations from Monday throughout September. This change marks the start of the new school year and aims to adjust public transport services in response to the expected increase in demand in the coming weeks.
Starting August 31st, the "school holidays/summer" timetable will come into effect, which represents an increase in frequency on several bus lines compared to the timetables applied in August.
The following week, starting September 7th, STCP operations will resume their "normal" schedule, with most lines having increased frequency, particularly around the opening and closing times of schools.
Alongside this operational adjustment, with the entry into force of the "normal" schedule, the reinforcements of the beach access lines will end, namely:
• The terminus of Line 200 (Bolhão – Castelo do Queijo) returns to Castelo do Queijo;
• Lines 205 (Campanhã-Castelo Queijo) and 906 (Trindade-Madalena) will end the increased service on Saturdays and Sundays.
