The Tram Car Museum is preparing to celebrate the month of April with the return of the "Senses of Freedom" initiative, an activity designed for families.

Integrated into the Electric Families program, this activity invites the public to participate in a dramatized visit that follows the story of Abril, a girl born during the dictatorship in Portugal.

In this staging, April emerges as the personification of this era: with hair as red as carnations, a face sprinkled with freckles like the bullets of soldiers, and a foot as heavy as his father's marching. From an early age, he questions the meaning of his name, feels freedom, but cannot name it, until the moment he discovers its true meaning.

The Museum invites everyone to join this journey into the past and discover the history of April. Participation requires prior registration. The cost is 15 euros for two people, with individual tickets costing 10 euros*.

Registration can be done through the online form: https://bit.ly/familias-eletricas-abr26

* The prices shown include the applicable legal VAT rate.
