STCP is reinforcing its commitment to the continuous improvement of service quality by launching a satisfaction survey aimed at its passengers.

The initiative aims to gather information on travel habits, public transport needs, and customer satisfaction levels regarding the services offered by STCP, which includes buses, trams, and BRT.

The study is being developed by CEGEA — Center for Management and Applied Economics Studies, of Católica Porto Business School, and will allow the production of an annual customer satisfaction indicator, as foreseen in the Public Service Obligations Contract (COSP), in force since January 1, 2025.

The collection of responses will take place until the end of the year , through online and in-person surveys, carried out at different points in the STCP operating area.

The information gathered will be fundamental for analyzing the needs of those who use STCP services and for identifying opportunities to improve the offer and the travel experience.

With this initiative, STCP reinforces its commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction , contributing to an increasingly efficient public transport system tailored to the needs of those who live, work, study or visit the six municipalities where the company operates.
