For the night of December 31st and the early morning of January 1st, the company has prepared a special operation that facilitates access, by bus, to areas near the main party locations, with more trips, greater capacity and uninterrupted service until the dawn of the new year.
This special operation starts on December 31st, throughout the day, with the "Saturday" schedules being reinforced on the main lines. The plan includes a significant increase in nighttime service, greater regularity of service, and temporary adjustments to end times, motivated by traffic restrictions associated with the celebrations.
Service reinforcement
Between 9:00 PM and 02h30
• Reinforcement of 11 night service lines, with frequencies up to 15 minutes and higher capacity buses. The reinforced lines are: 200, 501, 502, 600, 602, 700, 701, 702, 800, 801 and 903.
Night Network:
• Operation with 12 lines, eight of which are reinforced until 5:30 am, with intervals between 15 and 60 minutes. Reinforced lines: 4M, 5M, 7M, 8M, 9M, 10M, 12M and 13M.
January 1st:
• On Thursday, January 1st, 2026, the STCP network will operate according to the usual Sunday and holiday schedules.

Special Terminations
On Thursday, STCP lines will have exceptional terminations at the following locations:
• Cordoaria – 200, 501, 507, 601, 602, 12M and 13M.
• Bolhão Market – Rua do Bolhão – 502, 600, 701, 702, 2M, 3M, 4M and 5M - and Rua Sá da Bandeira – 305, 401, 700, 800, 801, 7M, 8M and 9M.
• Batalha – Rua Alexandre Herculano – 400, 901, 904, 905, 906, 1M and 10M.
