STCP guarantees free trips and reinforces regular lines for the Continente Food Festival
On July 11th and 12th, Porto City Park will once again host the 8th edition of the Continente Food Festival, an event that brings Portuguese music, gastronomy, and thousands of visitors to the city of Porto.

As the festival's official transport provider, STCP has prepared a special operation to ensure that travel to and from the festival is safe and accessible for everyone.
Special free shuttle service
The STCP shuttle bus will connect the Casa da Música interchange and the Parque da Cidade grounds, with several strategic stops at the main entrances to the grounds: Parque da Cidade, Nevogilde, Malaca, Sea Life, Castelo do Queijo and Praça Cidade Salvador.
Shuttle schedules and frequencies
- Saturday (July 11) – from 9:30 am to 2:00 am;
- Sunday (July 12) – from 9:30 am to 12:00 am;
- Frequency: buses every 25 minutes until 7 pm, after that time the frequency is 12 minutes.
In addition to the shuttle service, STCP will reinforce capacity with larger vehicles on the regular lines serving the festival area throughout the weekend: 200 (Bolhão – Castelo do Queijo), 205 (Campanhã – Castelo do Queijo), 500 (Praça Liberdade – Matosinhos), 502 (Bolhão – Matosinhos) and 1M (Av. Aliados – Matosinhos).
Connection to the Night Network
For those planning to extend the party, the return trip is guaranteed through the connection between the shuttle bus, line 205 and the night network:
- From Casa da Música (via shuttle): direct connection to line 2M (Aliados – Hospital S. João).
- Along the ring road (via 205): connection to lines 3M (Av. Aliados – Airport), 4M (Av. Aliados – Maia), 5M (Av. Aliados – Ermesinde), 7M (Av. Aliados – Valongo), 8M (Av. Aliados – S. Pedro da Cova), 9M (Aliados – Gondomar via TIC) and 11M (Hospital S. João – Coimbrões).
