SUMMER SCHEDULES
Starting June 13th, the STCP network will adopt the "summer/school holiday" schedule, adapting its operation to the typical demand at this time of year.With summer approaching and the end of the school year, there is a significant increase in demand for bus lines serving the beach areas of Porto, Matosinhos and Vila Nova de Gaia, while at the same time there is a decrease in ridership on lines with routes close to educational establishments.
In this sense, starting on June 13th, with the introduction of "summer/school holiday" schedules, it is observed:
• the extension of line 200 [Bolhão - Castelo Queijo] from Castelo do Queijo, in Porto, to Praça Cidade Salvador (rotunda da Anémona), in Matosinhos;
• the reinforcement of trips on weekends on lines 205 [Campanhã - Castelo do Queijo] and 906 [Trindade - Madalena].
The "summer/school holiday" schedules will be applied to the lines that include this option.
